Horrific delivery service!!!
Every month I have to email them to find out where my Garden and Home magazine is. When I first subscribed it was a monthly magazine, before I received my first issue was notified it would be only one issue covering 2 months. But still 12 full issues (2years worth) September/October 2025 issue I am STILL waiting for, it's 2 Oct now, they not sure when their distribution centre will be doing it ...that's not good enough, the reason I subscribed is that I would get the issue delivered before it goes on sale as used to be the case many years back when I first subscribed. Please WHEN CAN I expect my September issue.

Horrific delivery service!!!
Every month I have to email them to find out where my Garden and Home magazine is. I would love to give a 5 star review but I can't as I have mailed a few times and only now I find out I will not be getting 2 issues as they have been lost I will now be getting the PDF copy it is a inconvenience for me as my collection is now incomplete

Habai Media fail to deliver on magazine subscription
I have been an active subscriber of CAR magazine for over 16 years. Since Habari Media around 2 years ago took over the subscription and delivery of the magazine i have had problems with delivery of the magazine. In the last 18 months at least 3-4 magazines have been failed to be delivered. They do not offer any compensation, nor make any effort to obtain a replacement magazine from the publisher or distributors. Yet i have paid in full for a 24 month subscription and am not receiving what i am paying for.

The stores got the copy before me, to this day I got nothing.Shameem had the nerve to tell me I should change my address. They should have advertised their subscription that it’s not for township deliveries. All I want is for this ****** institution to refund my money as I already have given them my township money

Habarimedia: I will never use them again!
Pity I can not give this company 0 out of 5 stars. I am subscribed for delivery of the CAR magazine, that I just not receive. What is going on at Habarimedia that makes them so *********** and unable to deliver magazines?

Habarimedia has got bad service
Would love to give a better review but the past 3 months were terrible.
