Habai Media fail to deliver on magazine subscription

I have been an active subscriber of CAR magazine for over 16 years. Since Habari Media around 2 years ago took over the subscription and delivery of the magazine i have had problems with delivery of the magazine. In the last 18 months at least 3-4 magazines have been failed to be delivered. They do not offer any compensation, nor make any effort to obtain a replacement magazine from the publisher or distributors. Yet i have paid in full for a 24 month subscription and am not receiving what i am paying for.
