On the 22/01/2026, I made an EFT payment on NWU portal. Only to receive an email from the bursary office stating that the names of the qualifying candidates will be submitted to the registrar in order to lift off the hold for registration. I immediately requested for the reversal with the help of Mpho on secure chat advising me to fill in the form. It was responded to on Friday, Ref: 1-5909529555.Kindly note that We do not pick up a payment from Account 62403063655 to account 670642313 of R12855.00 dated 22/01/2026 as stipulated on the form. Today 25/01/2026 we had the option of reversing the payment from the university portal, proof of payment was required. Unfortunately the entry showing the payment has been erased. All i need is the entry showing payment of R12855,00 on NWU portal so that i can apply for a refund. On Friday I used the virtual card to purchase petrol at Erasmus kloof Engen garage. This morning my credit card was once again debited for the same amount of R1000, of which was debited on the 21/11/2025. When will this duplicate of purchase stop? Refund my money.
Again , after buying at Timberland Brooklyn mall on 08/11/2025 after transferring R2500 the balance was R40200. This morning at 3 am when i woke up R4700 was missing. Fix this , I could not have a festive season that is this bad
The Checkers Menlyn matter happened and you have resolved it thanks for that. But again on the morning of 29/10/2025 at 04h30 am I checked the banking application an amount of R2 861 was missing. That was long before the interest of R4 018 was deducted on my account which took the available balance to R18 965. On Monday the 27/10/2025 when I reported the Checkers transaction the available balance was R26 337. And on Wednesday the 29/10/2025 before the interest available balance R23 476 ,a chunk of R2 861 was wiped off without any trace. Not even on the statement any of this disputed transactions reflect. I have attached proof for your reference, oh by the way Esmeralda was of no help with her judgemental attitude she still needs retraining.
On Friday 24/10/2025, I made a purchase at Menlyn Checkers of R4404.19 using FNB wealth credit card. Unfortunately on 28/10/2025, the balance on the card was debited with the same amount as that of Checkers Menlyn. I called Checkers customer care, their explanation was that any card is debited on the spot not some few days later, and i have used the virtual credit card on the phone. I called FNB client service and was told to fill in the transaction reversal form of which I will be liable for R325.50 reversal fee as if it is my fault. This duplicate transaction was done by the bank so it should be their liability to reverse the amount back into the account.(R4404.19) Someone wanted to channel the money into their account.
Despite having submitted all the invoices my MSA is still not reversed

I called in the 082 1958 on the 07/May/ 25 to have the number ending 7208 on I1358801 account to be terminated at the end of contract which is 31/July/25. Instead the gentleman on the line said he will rather have me migrated down and still be able to end my contract come July. I did not receive any email for the cancellation or migration, I only received an sms confirming my quote and it looks exactly as the one I have received for termination of 4573 number. This morning I received the sms stating the 7208 number has been upgraded to 2027. I called cancellations of which they revert me to after sales and was told I have agreed even without any written contract send to my e mail, or any sms thereafter, this is in contravention of the seller buyer agreement. All I want is the reversal of this upgrade and notice of termination at the end of contract at the end of July on 7208 number. On the 7th of May I called in to terminate and not upgrade , same as with the 4573 number.
