Hi To anyone interested in helping me please help. I've already written a review about Alpine Motors Pinetown but still no response. I bought a car from them in February 28 2024 which cost R236000 via Absa finance and it has already given me problems twice and personally I wish I could return the car and find another car somewhere else because it really breaks my heart that for my first car ever I have to suffer such problems and stress. To anyone who knows about the laws and regulations about this situation please help. Anyone is more than welcome. I'll post my Vin number for anyone to check. Who is interested. God bless you all 🙏🏽. To whom it may concern, Good day, I am writing this email today as an expression of dissatisfaction towards Volkswagen pinetown Durban(55 Josiah Gumede Rd Pinetown CBD 3600) On the 28th of February 2024 i collected my car (Polo 2024) My dissatisfaction is as follows On the 26th of May 2024 the car began to give me issues it was then collected on the 30rd of May 2024 the car was then moved to Volkswagen in UMhlanga Rocks Durban which my car was then also collected by Alpine Motors in Pinetown on the 1st of June 2024 then returned on the 4th of June to me.I then received a call from VW UMhlanga Rocks stating that the car has never been serviced and it will be on record that the car was late for service according to my knowledge as per Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 my right as a consumer was violated,The car that was given to me was not in good condition, since I will be taking my car back for service (October 2024) within the space of 6 months for the same issue that was never resolved.
