Title: Unfair Credit Bureau Reporting Despite Active Payment Efforts I am writing this review to express my frustration with how TFG has handled my account, especially in relation to the recent mispayment showing on my ClearScore credit report. I have been making consistent efforts to pay off my account and have never skipped a month without paying. Although I haven’t always paid the full installment, I have been paying at least half of the due amount monthly to show good faith. For example, on 29 April, I paid R850, which was half of the R1,618 due. I made this payment specifically to avoid being marked as having missed a payment. I also reached out to the collections department and tried to set up a formal payment arrangement. However, I was told they are unable or unwilling to load any payment arrangement on the system. This has left me with no clear option for formalizing my payments, despite my consistent communication and effort. Now I am shocked to see that TFG has reported me to the credit bureau for a mispayment. This is unfair and misleading, as I have not defaulted on my responsibilities. I’ve been cooperative and proactive in trying to resolve this. I am urgently requesting TFG to correct this mispayment entry on my credit record and to acknowledge the payments I have made. I’m simply trying to manage my debt responsibly. Please advise on how I can resolve this matter and ensure no further incorrect reporting occurs.

Capitec withheld money from my account. Because they think it’s ***** related. Now I am required to send them affidavit and pop from my client. I sell musical keyboards to clients. Client sent money into my account. Why don’t they call the client to confirm why the client sent money ? Client now will think I am ****ming them.. because I should be shipping their keyboard today.. This money could have been needed for an emergency issue.. capitec is **** bank.. Incident No: 121899667 Please release the money back into my account. Stop being a stupid bank.. you don’t have any right to freeze money that is not yours..
Cartrack is ****ming me. I requested a hard lock on my previous car’s tracking unit and requested a replacement for my new car. Which was going to cost 870(hard lock) and 600 for replacement. Total was supposed to be 1470 But their stupid consultants keep doing different things every time I called. They charged me two 870s plus 600. 01 july they debuted 870 but they say they didn’t get it. Consultants say it take two day for money to reflect but it has been full 5 days. I did pay the 600 3 days ago through their pay site which is integrated with ozow payments. But still they say they haven’t got that either. I don’t know what type payments will they recognise. I told mfc that I am cancelling my deal. Which I have done that within my right(told them yesterday which was day six agter taking the car) and I have returned the car to the dealership. Because the dealership didn’t disclose that the car had an accident.

They cancelled my police after my claim was deemed a write off. They only communicated that through sms not emails. This is their sms: PMD Policy No. MX110621719: Dear Mr Sikhakhane, we have cancelled your policy to avoid further premium deductions while your claim is being processed. Your claim will not be affected by the cancellation of the policy. Unfortunately your vehicle had been deemed a write-off. Please feel free to contact our offices should you have any further queries. Best wishes, PMD For days they have been saying they are trying to amend the decision. Funny because they already communicated that the car is a write off. Now They should be starting the process of settling the money with the bank. They are still saying the same sorry. The claim handler doesn’t wanna speak to me.
I have paid full excess for iPhone 15 pro,on the 13st December 2023, They always say wait two days to get feedback. My calls getting dropped. Guy handling my keeps saying I should wait 2 days when ever I call. initially he said there's no white color in the country even thought there are several stores on istore that have it. he said he can get me the black one easy. today he says the black might not be available also. This is a **** company.
