To whom it may concern
My wife purchased a renault Kiger from a dealership a week ago.
After a few days the car started to shudder and make a really bad noise when placed in reverse.
My wife ,Daleena Coopasamy took the car to Renault Hillcrest and she communicated with a Riccardo Vieira who returned the car and said this is a normal characteristic. When I called this person directly,he didn't seem to care! We didn't buy a TV or a kettle here so this response will not be tolerated.
There is no car that functions like this and if that is the case ,I want a demonstration of 2 new vehicles which do the same thing.
This is very disappointing, firstly by the lack of concern by Reanult and secondly that you are trying to take advantage of a women.
Please address this or this matter will be taken up further.
Regards , Jamie Coopasamy
