Horrible Service

Worst experience of my life, I was involved in a car accident on Saturday 21st September. ALS ambulance arrived at the scene. The paramedics demanded a R1500 payment upfront before they can help me or even take me the hospital.

They even had a speed point to take payment on the spot, my husband told them he doesn’t have the card and the cash at home.

They said they can go with him to the house to pick up the cash then only they can take me to hospital.

They did not have name badges, did not introduce them selfs to me. And only checked my vitals. And left me on the scene. No record no, forms filled. No effort to try help me.

They eventually left me on the scene because I was not prepared to pay.

I had to get off the Ambulance in the heavy rain and go sit in my husband’s car.

I am very disappointed and not recommend this company to anyone as I almost got ****med and left in the accident scene to sort my self out.

Very disappointed.
