Untrustable service
This company is the worst I've ever been to. They loaned me money and took double off my account. My statements show it clearly. Now I am fighting 4 days to get an amount of R60 000 owed to me. They are coming with all types of excuses. They are absolutely discussing.

Untrustable service
This company is the worst I've ever been to. They loaned me money and took double off my account. My statements show it clearly. Now I am fighting 4 days to get an amount of R60 000 owed to me. They are coming with all types of excuses. They are absolutely discussing.

Altbridge capital debit orders
Good day i took out 3 bridging loans with them. The consultant was very helpfull. The finamce dept has a big problem firstly i made a loan for 20k then approved etc after debichecks were loaded and approved they phone me and informed me that the loan is no longer 20k but 10k then had to do all the debichecks over again. Then when my pension paid out they requested me to settle amount because they forgot to load trackers i did not hesitate i settled immediatly all loans with all the amounts they add on their contracts. 2days later all the debichecks started running im still waiting for refunds on the first 2that was over 10k that they took. From there another 5 debichecks ran and it does not stop. This is causing me headaches every day. And the banking fees just keep on piling up and i sit with the problem.

Do not take loans with Alt Bridge Capital
I took out a bridging personal loan with Alt Bridge Capital in December. In hindsight it was a terrible decision. The loan has since been paid but my cheque account has been debited weekly for a loan I no longer have with them. They even debited before the actual payment was due. I have now incurred bank charges for R1500 with ABSA due to the reversed payments. I cannot cancel the Debi checks as Alt Bridge have to initiate the cancelation on their end. I've already taken it up with them and only received a refund of R300, and was told the Debi checks were cancelled. This was all false information as I was debited yet again today. Please be informed when taking a loan with these people and the impact it will have on your finances.

Borrowed money from them but did not get any statement they loaded alotbof debit orders which resulted in a debit order that went of twice now almost 3 months later and no one comes back to you.

My name is Brian Mohoje I took out a loan for R20000 with Alt Bridge Capital and last Friday the 8th of October 2021 the pension paid out and they debited my account for a total of R36135
My name is Brian Mohoje I took out a loan for R20000 with Alt Bridge Capital and last Friday the 8th of October 2021 the pension paid out and they debited my account for a total of R36135.32. How they debited my account again for R36135.32 again and they promised to refund on Monday the 11th instead of refunding me as promised they debited my account gain today for a further R5985. They have now debited my account illegally for a total of R42120.32. Please I need help because they are now ignoring my calls. The consultant helping me her name is Thembisa.
