Utterly disgusted!!! Placed an order for collection, which I had to PAY for!!!; was notified that it would be ready for collection on the 25th. NO WORD from them. I want a FULL REFUND INCLUDING MY COLLECTION FEE 😡
These people are utterly useless!!! Claim to do Bridging Loans --- but can only give you a loan AFTER your pension payout. WHATS THE POINT!!!! Who needs a loan then. Clowns!!!
Asked for a quote and Yvette gave me incorrect information and refused yo accept responsibility for her mistake or apologize. Kept trying to FORCE me into another direction. I asked for her Manager and she ghosted me. Unprofessional. Will not be using you!!
I've posted many negative reviews but today I'd like to acknowledge the great service we received at Pirates Steakhouse last night (9 Oct) Our Waitress, Natasha was friendly, open, chatty and very helpful. The vibe and atmosphere was great! The music videos playing on the screens were LEGEND!!!! Loved it! So often, there's sport showing on these screens, but how awesome to have Music videos. My daughter and Mom had great streaks, better than a leading Steakhouse franchise that we often visit. Pirates -- we will be seeing you again:)
I am so DISGUSTED 🤢 FLI bought a spinach and feta pie and found 2 pieces....of what LOOKS like old rubber in them. I am utterly disgusted and will not be supporting you ever again!!!!
I placed and paid for an order immediately --- received confirmation thst it would be ready for collection 2 days later, on the 7th. I went in on thr system --- the status has not changed. Not even been dispatched!! Totally unacceptable

I went to Blue Route for "half price Tuesday " --- what a crock!!!! For my daughter and I -- we paid R419,80!!!! Conveniently.....the cards don't scan. (Ster Kinekor HO, don't give a darn. All they have to say is "both cards are active " NOT interested in what's happening on the ground!!! I will NEVER set foot in your Theaters again. I will be supporting Ne Metro and Scene Cine from now on. We'll done SK!!! Losing Patrons left and right. Soon.... ALL your Theaters will be closing doors
On the weekend, I went into Pick n Pay at the 3 Arts. They had a special on cheese at R129 /kg. As I selected a piece I found that they were all priced at R139/kg. I went to Manager, he only re-labled ONE piece and left the rest!!! This is not the first time I've had a run in with this Manager. I've asked him on several occasions why there is no flavored water in the store, and he always has some **** and bull story. He is lazy!! 😡
Kindly educate and train your staff in the products they are selling 😡😡😡 And how can your shop attendants be wearing "OUTSURANCE" branded clothing ?? Seriously???? I just came back from the Plumstead branch. I wanted to can of Monty and Me wer dog food (which I've bought there before) The uneducated attendant, wearing the OUTSURANCE jacket tells me; "You won't find Monty and Me cab food, because it doesn't exist!!! Only Dry food 😡😡😡 These are the people working in your stores. And when I asked the cashier -- he spoke in his Afrikan language to his colleague (how rude) And probably about me. PLEASE EMPLOY ENGLISH SPEAKING SOUTH AFRICANS!!! This is what's wrong with this country 😡
