I've posted many negative reviews but today I'd like to acknowledge the great service we received at Pirates Steakhouse last night (9 Oct) Our Waitress, Natasha was friendly, open, chatty and very helpful. The vibe and atmosphere was great! The music videos playing on the screens were LEGEND!!!! Loved it! So often, there's sport showing on these screens, but how awesome to have Music videos. My daughter and Mom had great streaks, better than a leading Steakhouse franchise that we often visit. Pirates -- we will be seeing you again:)

I regret to share my experience at Pirates, which was deeply disappointing due to discriminatory behavior exhibited by both staff and management. What should have been a welcoming environment for all patrons was instead overshadowed by ****** attitudes and actions that left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Hospitality businesses have a responsibility to treat every guest with dignity and fairness, regardless of race, background, or appearance. Unfortunately, this establishment failed in that regard. Such conduct is not only unprofessional but also harmful, as it fosters exclusion rather than community. I strongly encourage the management of Pirates to reflect on this behavior, take accountability, and implement proper diversity and sensitivity training for staff. Until meaningful changes are made, I cannot recommend this bar to anyone who values respect and equal treatment.

this evening we were just looking for a place to sit and chill get a drink maybe something to eat we were served at the bar By Keanu( hope the spelling is right) hes service was great as well as hes recommendations for ****tails and food, both were amazing, this was our 2 nd time at this establishment and because of him we'll be back again 🌸

Worst service and very low value for money. Did not like their service I had to physically go look for and call a waitress to order and to pay. Waited very long for my food even though the place was empty

My visit there was nothing short of a nightmare. The bouncer's behavior was absolutely despicable. Not only did he ***** my brother's wallet containing R2000 rand, but he also threatened our lives when we confronted him about it. The audacity to commit theft and then intimidate us is beyond belief. We were enjoying our time, ordering food and drinks upstairs when this appalling incident occurred. Instead of feeling safe and welcomed, we were met with hostility and threats. It's unacceptable for any establishment to employ such dishonest and dangerous individuals. To add insult to injury, when we tried to address the situation with management, they showed complete indifference and refused to take any responsibility. It's clear that they prioritize protecting their staff over the safety and satisfaction of their customers. I have documented evidence of this disgraceful encounter and will not hesitate to share it on social media to warn others about the dangers of patronizing Pirates the Bar. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. Your safety and peace of mind are not worth risking for a few drinks or a meal.

Great restaurant, very customer-focused. Awesome steaks, burgers, pizzas and chips that are always beautifully prepared and presented. There is even a free loyalty card, that you can apply for online, which gives you access to further specials.

I Am very disappointed in Pirates Steakhouse as im a businessman and I work so much,last week I decided to fake my entire family out ,and when we arrived at Pirates Steakhouse and ordered our drinks and food ,the food was so terrible when it arrived the chips was burnt ,and the roll was hard, everything was not as it was suppose to be ,I then requested to speak to a manager and was advised that a manager would call me ,n my details was took, yet its been over a week an no call,my daughter even go sick after eating those hotchips an through up when we got home ,this is unacceptable I normally eat there as its my favorite place but I don't kmow what happend this time around, and I'm taking it further seeing that nothing has been done!!!
