terrible service we ordered our food at 14 :17 we were num 48 waited waited and i just ordered a large chips anf rolls ..all the customers that ordered after us left woth there food i asked wheres i chips, the lady said its coming..14:55 she asked for i slip apologizes they lost the slip they didn't know what we were waiting for , but nobody asked. we received our food at 15:05 terrible service,
this evening we were just looking for a place to sit and chill get a drink maybe something to eat we were served at the bar By Keanu( hope the spelling is right) hes service was great as well as hes recommendations for ****tails and food, both were amazing, this was our 2 nd time at this establishment and because of him we'll be back again 🌸
was a gifted a wines tasting , gourmet burgers and dessert , voucher for 2 by my daughter for my birthday, we got there at about 12:20, by 1 when we were ready to order our food we were told that they still waiting on the chips to arrive, fast forward to 15:20 the chips eventually arrived i asked for our burgers as take aways ( burgers i couldve made at home nothing gourmet about it) zero chips with the burgers since we waited so long , dessert was 2 slivers of cake, to make up for the Long ....wait the wine manager offered each guest a bottle of wine of there choice, the servers were great and extremely apologetic, but the experience was ruined , your establishment takes bookings so one would think that you would plan accordingly.
went to McDonalds in Westgate mall my daughter and I for a quick bite before we hit the road again I got a big mac Nd she got a quarter pounder with cheese , we were chatting when she said the burger doesn't look right , i took it and smelt it and said it smells funny , I said to her take it to them and tell them it smells funny. She gives it to the lady at the desk and tells her that burger taste and smells funny (the couple that sat in front of us also returned their burger twice) she takes and and laughs whilst telling her colleague in Xhosa she says its smells funny, at which point my daughter walks away cos what the hell is so damn funny. another Gentleman then calls her to say its a beef burger it smells like that and gives it back to her, I took it back to the counter and gave it to the guy that was assisting with the uber eats orders told him to look at it (looked slimy) and smell decide if they will eat and they can keep it and we left. I have 9 kids we frequent mcds quite often , and never have we been served something so foul and the level of service is something to be frowned upon you guys need to train your ppl better in customer service , I would definitely not want them part of my sales team. disgusted for days
what an amazing experience , from the atmosphere, to the food and the service. we were felt so welcomed and well attended to. definitely going back with friends
my partner hasnt been able to access hes sanlam app, so we tried to reset password, only the rest link never comes through, so we tried the WhatsApp line , WhatsApp line says to call in 1h10 mins and R175 airtime later still no one answered the call, i mean like how ridiculous is this, if we were able to access the app or the link was sent it wouldve saved us the irritation and aggregation, but nothing or no one seems to be working at Sanlam #Blackfriday
yesterday i shopped at Food*****s market Tokai , and received the most amazing customer service frome Aikona at the point of sale, i usually shop in Somerset but she set the bar so high that i will be shopping at Tokai going forward. Well done Aikona , keep smiling your beautiful smile, and exuding great customer service 🌸

It's the second time I'm posting about the same thing, we had new devices installed in our vehicles with new panic buttons on Thursday, Friday only the one vehicle is showing on the app, and again we can not GT a hold of anyone no man , I think we gna cancel this contract service is so bad like really man
