Rotten fish
I drove from atlantis to westcoast fisheries on the 10/01/2026 to buy fresh fish then drove straight home on wednesday when we fried the fish it was rotten i called the store 2026/01/16 to advise promising they were going to call back no phone call until now. this is terrible rotten fish can cause death. not only did i spend R300 petrol for R200 worth of rotten fish disappointed is an understatement if the manager had the decency to return the call with some sort of solution this wouldve been avoided.

Wrong order
I bought hake and rice at Calamari Fisheries Promenade Mall. I specifically asked for Rice. The till lady that was assisting me she asked the lady at the back if they still have rice. The lady responded “yes”. To my surprise when I got home was given fries instead of rice. Tried to contact the store to address my disappointment. They responded a day later with “sorry lv, they made a mistake” Oh what a disgrace 😒

Wrong order
