I bought hake and rice at Calamari Fisheries Promenade Mall. I specifically asked for Rice. The till lady that was assisting me she asked the lady at the back if they still have rice. The lady responded “yes”. To my surprise when I got home was given fries instead of rice. Tried to contact the store to address my disappointment. They responded a day later with “sorry lv, they made a mistake” Oh what a disgrace 😒
The only time that these companies will listen to you is when you share your experience publicly. Otherwise. When you try to be a decent human being and contact them directly it becomes a nightmare they send you up and down like a headless chicken. Today marks a week since I’ve been crying to get hold of them to exchange the faulty sofa cushions. According to their automated response the turn around time to resolve queries is 3 day. If there’s anything I regret is signing contract with Ikeja. In my entire life I’ve never been so dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. I paid for relocation of equipment on the15 Feb till this day they haven’t relocated my equipment. I’ve been calling them them day in and out with no solution. Today they promised to go to the old address to fetch the equipment guess what!!! They didn’t. Thursday last week they promised to come yesterday (Monday) again they didn’t pitch😔💔no communication whatsoever. They lack sense of urgency zero respect for their customers.
