I am happy with the service. They communicated with me throughout the process. The delivery was very quick (placed the order on Wednesday and they delivered on Friday). They did the assembling as well as I included it. I received all my items. I will definitely be buying from Decofurn again.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and product quality from Decofurn Furniture. We purchased 4 boardroom chairs (Order DECCEPORD88305) on 26 January, and within days the chairs started breaking under normal use. Multiple people, including senior management, fell and were injured due to these defective chairs. Despite emailing on 2 and 9 March, we received no assistance. When we returned the chairs to the Centurion store, staff were rude and refused to help, falsely claiming we “altered” the chairs. This is completely untrue. According to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, consumers have the right to safe, good-quality products and a refund, replacement, or repair within 6 months. Decofurn has failed to honour these rights. We have spent over R4000 and are left with unsafe chairs and no support. This level of service and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I will be escalating this matter to the National Consumer Commission and Consumer Goods and Services Ombud if not urgently resolved.

Decofurn Amorosa I bought the sleeper couch on Saturday 28th February 2025 afternoon. I only managed to assemble it later Sunday afternoon. I realized the poor quality of the sleeper coach after assembling it to test it out. I told myself I will return it the following weekend because of my work commitment. I returned the poor quality sleeper couch on the morning of Sunday the 8 March 2026 at around 10am. I explained to the manager, Mr Dion...., the manager on duty, that I could not return the couch within 7 days as I was working and the only chance I had was today. He told me he can't exchange the couch because 7 days has passed and now the couch kicks the warranty process. Poor quality of the couch: 1. The sponges are not aligned as per what I saw on the display when I decided to buy it. 2. The one side of the back rest support part of the couch is not as sturdy as the other side. What was disappointing about what I expected when I explained the issue the Mr Dion was that he seemed not to be interested on my explanation but emphasizes the 7 day policy I have submitted the email the same day to inform Decofurn about the couch. What an experience, I will never buy anything from these guys again after this poor after sales experience. I had to wait another 30min as the manager lost my invoice. He did not know where he put it. On the 10th March, I called Decofurn, to enquire about the couch, they said someone will call me. I am still waiting

Appalling customer engagement and service. Expect chaos, abruptness and a rude engagement with all the sales staff. They seem to offer a consistently bad experience (whether you go there during the week when they are quiet or when busy on a weekend). Collections is equally an appalling experience. Sadly it seems to only be this branch that offers such a consistently bad experience because we have only ever had great experiences at all of their other branches (including the Cpt head office). This has been an ongoing problem for at least a year and nothing is being done about it. Look at all the other customer reviews.

The Len table (round glass table) is simply dangerous. Three of the four leg fixings came loose from the glass top and the table collapsed. Thankfully no one was injured. In store we were told that they have received many complaints re this table but instead of doing the right thing, i.e recalling this very dangerous product they want to repair it. Someone is going to get injured and when they do I wouldn’t want to be in Decofurn’ shoes because this review and warning is now on record.
