I bought two side tables (bedroom) and a tv cabinet and a mirror from decofurn and the process of collecting at their Boksburg branch was seamless. They loaded it into the car for me, made sure the mirror wasn’t broken too. But what stood out to me from their products (besides it being good quality) is that as a female I could build the furniture pieces myself, albeit it a bit difficult, it was doable! Comparing it to other companies where you build the furniture yourself, I will never not recommend Decofurn!! I have ordered a study desk from them. This time, however, I do want them to build it for me. A lot of blood, sweat and tears went into it the previous time and I’m not sure I can do that again lol. I see it’s only R60 for them to assemble it. Hopefully this process will be seamless once I collect and ask them to build it for me!
I purchased a study desk from Greenleaf Home via Leroy Merlin. When I went to return in store the two staff members had no idea how to assist me with third party purchases and could not even bother to try and be so kind enough to ask someone to try and assemble it for me. It was immediately pushed off onto the third party as if “it is no longer our problem”. Thankfully the lady did call Greenleaf Home for me to find out what the process was.
Bought a study desk from Greenleaf Home via Leroy Merlin One of the areas was faulty and I could not insert the *****s inside to continue assembling it. Poor make Greenleaf Home now is being very difficult with the return of the product and my refund I’m very unhappy. I would not recommend buying from them nor from Leroy Merlin. This is not the first thing I have bought from Leroy Merlin that has not been able to be assembled I am very upset
Excellent service from Adam Langley from Seeff Edenvale Only reason for low stars is because of our absolutely DISGUSTED I am with The Curve Apartments in Edenvale It’s a ****** ****. Overcharged for water like no other!!!!! Over R800 just for MYSELF!!!!!! I can understand why rent is high because it’s a central location but damn. I don’t recommend living here- you will pay with one eyeball and your kidneys to pay for water every month (I’m speculating but I’ve been told they divide the water amount between the number of units. How is this fair if it is true? Then I pay for other people who are 3 people in one apartment? BS!!
Been to Hyundai Meadowdale twice- each time service was top tier and quick. Friendly staff, swift, excellent service. For as long as I am able to, I will support them!
I’ve been phoned by platinum life saying they have a free gift they want to send me. They asked alot of questions, including my ID no. Have I gotten the gifts ever?? NO! why tell customers they’re going to get free gifts if they never get. Please don’t call me again. Thank you
Very rude, unfriendly over the phone. Don’t know how they got my cell phone number but phoning me with an issue that has got nothing to do with me and that I know nothing about and wanting me to sort it out on behalf of my mom
I ordered the iconic tab purse online. Received an email with my order number, paid through “pay it now” or something of the sort. Money went off from my account and order did go through. Created a profile afterwards on polo and then it said I didn’t order anything. I emailed the following day to e-commerce the Monday, haven’t gotten a reply and it’s Tuesday. Phone number on the website didn’t work. Then I phoned polo menlyn where Eloise tried her best to assist me, thank you to her. She gave me head offices number, lady I spoke to couldn’t have been bothered just said to send the email I sent to e-commerce to her and then put the phone down with no regard to my problem. I have no idea if I’ll ever get the R895 purse I paid for. Still haven’t gotten a reply from e commerce. I want my money back or my purse that I paid for. I’ve seen the other reviews. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! Reference number is pay just now’s reference number.
