Extremely disappointed 💔
Extremely disappointing service and lack of communication 💔 I placed my order on 19 December, expecting delivery by 24 December. I waited for a call, email, or SMS regarding my order, but received nothing. The courier company later updated their website stating they had attempted to contact me, yet I never received any form of communication whatsoever. I understand that it was the festive season and that communication may have been limited, however there was no notice indicating that the company would not be operating during this period. I have sent multiple emails with no response and made several calls. On 29 December, an operator did answer and confirmed that an email had been sent to the relevant department, but again, there was no follow-up. I have tried calling again today with no answer and have sent another email which has also gone unanswered. I genuinely wanted to support the store as they offer beautiful items, but I am now regretting my decision. There is a serious need for improvement in communication. I am requesting a refund and will be purchasing elsewhere.

THE BEST ONLINE TEAM BY FAR.
GreenLeaf Home has an exceptional "Online" service. My orders get placed, packed and sent in a matter of one day. It is so refreshing to still be able to communicate with a "human being" that knows exactly what she is doing and especially with sorting out any query (so promptly) you might have relating to an order. Thank you so much Raquel, you make online shopping from "GreenLeaf" a breeze.

Kind words can go far for a company
I order a dog stroller for my dog that had a slip disk. She was not walking. Unfortunately I had to put her to sleep but the stroller was on its way. I send a message to Sarah from GREENLEAF HOME and told her to cancel my order. She called the courier and immediately informed them to return the stroller back to the company. The way that she handled my grief was mazing and comforting and she still sends me kind and comforting message. This is beyond service and I want to thank her so much. Sarah Buirski you don’t know how much it meant to me that day.

Greenleaf poorly managed estate
Greenleaf estate oh yes where to start Greenleaf estate is a very poorly run estate near brakpan this estate is poorly run poorly buld and poorly managed. They want estate agents to rent and sell there apartments but treat agents like ********s I think this owner and developer would be a shamed of him self and his estate very very very poor business skills on your behalf mister estate owner .

I used this site for the first time on Monday with a bit of trepidation as I have never heard of them before. Tuesday my delivery arrived - I was so impressed. Their prices are great as well as I saw the same article I bought for 3 times the price on one of the more popular online sites. I give this store 10 stars for everything....Will definitely use them again.

I ordered a few items from Greenleaf, and am very happy. Ordering was simple, and communication regarding the delivery was prompt. There was 1 item that was damaged, but Greenleaf organised a collection and replacement of the item by the courier at the same time. Very impressed, will definitely use them again.
