I was at decofurn boksburg yesterday. Every desk i wanted was out of stock. There was one we finally chose that she said they had stock off. They was supposed to deliver today 24 May. But they call and say all damaged. I did tell them I need delivered as soon as possible and they said today and thats why I bought it. The lady seemed unenthusiastic to help. I placed an order on the 1.12.2025. The order was canceled when I enquired. The amount i paid was 237. I was only refunded R38. The order number was 2013640344. I placed another order on the 12.12 .2025. The order was made today the 15th of December and the item is damaged. This order number is 2013671292. No one from vodacom has contacted me regarding my refund . And I tried calling vodacom and was put their from pillar to post and no one resolved my issue. So im unsure how to get any assistance from them. Their service really sucks.
I placed an order on the 1st December. The money has gone off my account. Today while being transferred to all of their employees it was still not resolved. Now after the call the order is suddenly canceled. I have not been refunded. Their service really sucks. This is not the first time. They advertise products which suddenly are out of stock but was not at the time. My order number that was canceled is 2013640344
I am so tired and frustrated of my fibre not working. Vumatel do not fix a problem right the first time. Their service delivery is like the governments.
Vumatel deserves no stars. Yet again my wifi off. Honestly what the hell are we paying for. Reference number SR251025-910248
Vumatel is the worst. Yet again my internet off. How many times in a year has it been off. What am I paying for. No assistance from vumatel or vodacom. I work from home and now i must make alternative arrangements at more cost to myself. We are never reimbursed in any way. Your service sucks really.

Vumatel honestly do not deserve a 1 star even. It should be -10 for their customer service. Yet again my internet is down. They fixed the line temporarily and never came to fix properly. Now it is down again. The last time it took more than a week of pleading for them to fix. I wonder how long this time.
My internet has been down from Saturday the 5th April. I have logged 3 calls and called them twice. They keep telling they are escalating and nothing happens and yet they increase their tariffs for this horrible customer service. The consultant named Lutando at vumatel showed no empathy and says there is nothing she can do to assist. She can only escalate. Vodacom says it's vumatel that needs to fix. So between the ISP and VUMATEL I am getting no assistance. They deserve less than 1 star.
Fibre down again since Saturday Logged two requests and still not fixed.
