Poor customer service

I was at decofurn boksburg yesterday. Every desk i wanted was out of stock. There was one we finally chose that she said they had stock off.

They was supposed to deliver today 24 May. But they call and say all damaged.

I did tell them I need delivered as soon as possible and they said today and thats why I bought it.

The lady seemed unenthusiastic to help.
