Fantastic, efficient and compassionate!
Amazing to deal with a Company that has such professionalism and compassion. They were truly everything we could wish for and besides doing their duty and looking after our little Zella, Bianca was prompt and kind in responding to all my questions and concerns. She started a Watts App group as soon as Zella was en route and kept us informed at every step. She even messaged at 9pm when she had the final customs clearance done. We could not h=be happier with the experience. Thanks Guys !

Bad Agent
Asked for a quote and Yvette gave me incorrect information and refused yo accept responsibility for her mistake or apologize. Kept trying to FORCE me into another direction. I asked for her Manager and she ghosted me. Unprofessional. Will not be using you!!

Elouise from Petport was incredibly informative and patient throughout the entire process. I was kept up to date as my pets were collected and transported from Joburg to Cape Town. The team was so friendly and caring with my little ones.

Put your mind at ease with Petport.
With this being the first time relocating with my pet internationally, I had no idea what to expect. They guided me through the entire process and even obliged me with a video call to talk through all the detail and answered any additional questions I had to put my mind at ease. From start to finish, a flawless process.

Outstanding - highly recommend!
We recently relocated across provinces and after much research, selected PETport to transport our two precious Maine **** cats using their door to door service. PETport were amazing - I highly recommend them! Elouise assisted us, and I can't say enough good things about her. Five star+ service. Very professional and responsive but also kind and patient - they took excellent care of our animals.

Norris to George
The service we received from Petport for Norris on the despatch side was excellent. The driver was on time and very calm when he had to help me get a hysterical and frantic cat into the box. We were always kept informed of his journey. He arrived in George safely and is a very happy single cat in his new home. I would recommend Petport for cat travel locally.

Incredible service
The service was outstanding! I wish I could give them 10 stars! My cat traveled from Durban to Johannesburg and everything went seamlessly. They really keep you upto date and care so much for the animal ensuring a calm and comfortable experience.
