Altech dsd 4139 ovhd stb giving e06 error message

Hi Altech UEC your new Openviewhd decoder(dsd4139)keeps giving an E06 error message especially when the lights goes off.This problem only gets sorted when some technical steps(factory default)is implemented however not everyone has the knowledge to do this and it is causing frustration.I must admit that your Altech(ovhd stb)is vastly superior than Elsat(S1 ovhd)when it comes to picture quality and sound but it has these nagging technical issues.I hope u can sort it out cos u have a superior quality stb(altech)compared to ur competitors.
