I regret Signing up my new vehicle with Tracker. Bought in Jan 2024 signed up with tracker.
Canceled the vehicle I sold. It took Tracker 4 weeks to call me to get the cancelation done. That meant an extra month of subscription to be paid Plus the Notice period.
Now to get a hold of tracker by call their office tollfree number, is like you trying to call someone located on the moon.
So i tried to cancel my debit order, so then maybe someone from tracker can finally call me back. that did not work.
But they then sent me a invoice for R52 because of the debit order reversal.
But anyways they have still charged me again for the vehicle i have cancelled after the notice period of March is over.
I still have two vehicles on tracker, so i thought ok if you want to charge me for that. Then i want to cancel 1 more vehicle because i can.
Sent an email 3 weeks ago still no one has called. what a pathetic company to do business with.
But their sales team can call you everyday to do upgrades. Those sales people don't even know their left hand from their right hand.
I think this will get the phone call coming through. Wishing full thinking from my part.
