Unfair dismissal and toxic work environment

Altron is a very toxic work environment, that undervalues its employees. The management is horrible and they bully employers for speaking up or even asking questions. The company is greedy and underpays and if that is not enough they even steal from salaries. There is no accountability with management just a set of bullies who cannot even provide adequate help when needed. This company should be looked into as a lot s wrong. Sadly, this is the company that SASSA chose to use for their SRD call center.
