Altron Nupay

Altron Nupay I have been trying to cancel 2 debit check debit ordes that went off my account but no one at Nupay bother to help me I have tried contacting Nupay as they are the collection agent for EC Loans Mr Marius Van Rensburg who is their client as they were the ones that gave me Marius at EC Loans number. I didnt apply for a loan I don't owe any company any money or even a loan I haven't taken. Marius van Rensburg doesn't answer any calls. I tried to explain this to the lady in the debit orders department at Nupay and they are so uninterested in even trying to assist. This is clearly a s c a m from ECLoans. But yet when I spoke to the lady at debit ordes Nupay she obviously know this has happened and still happening, but she chose to defend their clients and try brush me off. They even said there is either they can do about this, they can't cancel the 2 debichecks nor reverse the payment. KNOWING that onebody cant get hold of their client. They are unwilling to assist. How is it possible two debit orders of the same amount only days apart, really how is that possible, what a coincidence! And With all the bad reviews on both companies surly they would stop these debt ordes from going off. EC Loans don't even both to reply or respond because Nu Pay Altron are getting their collection fee and protecting their client EC Loans and the mandate they have with them. 1000s and 1000s of complaints on both companies. Yet they still doing this and still unable to assist in stopping the S C A M I N G!
