Unprofessional, poor quality and terrible service.

We were told the Alu Décor team would arrive on Monday, I arranged for someone to be there on the agreed Monday, Alu-décor didn’t pitch. I messaged to follow up and then was told that they would be there the next day. This continued for a few days and eventually they pitched to drop off some of the windows, without an installation team. The Installation team arrived the following week without all the necessary tools to complete their tasks. The bathroom window arrived, and it was clear and not frosted. The window was not soundproof as per our approved quote and we were told only once they stared installing that they cannot provide a soundproof window for the aluminum frame we chose, so we had to settle for a laminated safety glass. The team was aware that a bathroom window would need to be frosted, instead of taking it back immediately before removing the original window. They decided to install the clear window. It then got removed and sent back. When it came back it was frosted, but the bathroom window size was incorrect. All the windows were installed poorly. If any pressure was placed on the window, the window would move. This was mentioned to the company, and we were told: “Hi Mam. I'll call *** in the Morning. We did not quote on plastering. It says so clearly on the quote. We will make sure installation from our side is perfect. You don't have to worry about that.” We are aware that plastering was not included but the quality of work and the fact that they removed the bricks and did not put them back was an issue on our side. On another note, I as a woman feel that if I am handling this project, you can speak to me and not my husband. This is unprofessional and ***ist. If we as clients felt like the installation would be perfect, we would not be messaging and following up daily. Our sliding door took a while to arrive, when it did arrive the team installed it without a lock or a door handle. They sent it back, but when it was returned it still did not lock. In South Africa installing a door that does not lock is a high risk. However, Alu Décor did not think it was an issue. The team installed the sliding door the wrong way, with a lip at the bottom after we had communicated with the sales guy that we wanted it flush on the floor. The installation is done badly as there are 2 holes for one lock. Therefore, Alu Décor provided terrible service, poor quality work and are unprofessional. They lack in business management, time-management, and communication skills.
