Unprofessional Business man

I found the company Aluminate on Google when I was looking for a company to assist me with aluminum windows. I send an email on the website and was assist with in due time and the owner Ishaan came out to assist me with recommendations on what type of windows and doors to get for my newly renovated house. He came me a quote and I paid as per our arrangement. When coming to fit the windows and doors Ishaan had so much stories you couldn't get a straight answer from him. It took him weeks to get back to me and confirm a date to fit my windows and doors. Eventually I got hold of him and he sent out his team to assist. With this being said I told him the front windows and doors can be done in the new year as it was December and all companies was closing for the December holidays. The new year started and I kept in touch with him to let him know that my renovations was on hold until further notice. He responded so quick and told me not to worry and let him know when everything is sorted. In April over the Easter weekend we went away on a family trip and our house was broken into. We went to go and see Ishaan and told him we will no longer be building and would like him to refund us as the house break in was a big financial impact on our finances. He told us straight he doesn't have the money and we should give him time to get it and he will refund us. As in Ishaan fashion he never kept to his promise and we had to go to him every time to find out were our money is. After months of struggles with him myself and my husband decided just to continue with building the front and informed Ishaan to ahead and start our doors. Again he agreed and after weeks of messages to send out someone to measure our new doors he finally sent someone. Its been over a month now and every week he has a story of his material not coming in to make our doors. He is so unprofessional I really don't know how he does business after being paid in FULL by us with no hassle. Today its the 14th of September and we are taking legal action as we are living in a house with NO DOORS after being broken into in April. We are so scared to sleep in this house but have no other way of doing as Ishaan keeps on lying to us about fitting our doors. I went to his business so many times and he is never there so we can sort this out. This is now almost 7 weeks staying in a house with no DOORS. This just shows what kind of person he is and how he deals with his clients. He was very eager to take our money but very poor in showing up and getting the job done. I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ALUMINATE RANDBURG TO ANY ONE. Legal Action is what we will enforce now.
