Do not use!

Terrible service from the sales rep and owner. They messed up measurements, blamed everyone else, installed a completely ineffective window (while destroying my previous ones). The sales rep Derrick was impossible to communicate with and the owner, Nicolene, was rude, defensive and unhelpful after trying for more than 7 months to get help resolving the issue.
