AFTER SALES SERVICE ALUMO ENERGIES
I had solar system installed approximately 6 months ago I was verry happy with the installation team and the sales person who helped us Carlo. Alumo has changed the after sales person, which is not HELPFUL at all. I am very disappointed with the after sales service now.

29 May 2026, 13:40Alumo has sent out a technician by the name of Eben to come and inspect my system today 29 May 2026, and I must say that I was very happy with his service this morning. I must commend Alumo Energy that has now gone out of their way to support us with the problem that we had and finding in solutions to solve this problem for us.
