Ongoing issue

We are extremely dissatisfied with the service received from Alumo Energy.

We have been dealing with the exact same issue repeatedly, with absolutely no resolution in sight. Despite multiple promises that someone would come out and fix the problem, nothing has been properly addressed. Each time we are assured it will be sorted out, yet the issue continues as if nothing was ever done.

This ongoing lack of accountability and failure to deliver on commitments is beyond frustrating. We have been more than patient, but at this point it feels like empty promises are all we’re getting.

We cannot continue like this. A reliable service should not require constant follow-ups and repeated complaints just to get basic issues resolved. This experience has been unacceptable.
