Bottom-of-the-barrel "SPA" experience

Worst experience ever! Paid R2300 per person for 5 hours "pampering" however it turned out to be more like torture than anything else.

From the gowns smelling funny and being more grey/brown than white, to the awful "aging" facial (looked like I had microdermabrasion done after that exfoliation and felt like I was being scrubbed with sand) to the long black hair I pulled out along with my paraffin wax.

Beauty technicians (if you can call them that) are unprofessional and undertrained. Equipment is clearly unsterilized and unhygienic (the yellow sponges which they use for facials were placed next to the basin in the public restroom, in a puddle of used water). And if that wasn't enough, we were asked to tip them...(here's a tip...close your establishment and stop stealing peoples money)

I could write for days about this horrible experience but ultimately would discourage people to go there to "unwind" because you will be sadly disappointed.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!
