Turbo solenoid sensor

Bought a turbo solenoid sensor from them paid for shipping all the way from Durban when the sensor got here it did not look like a new sensor it looked like it has been used before when I installed it i went for a drive bakkie almost overheated, the turbo did not kick in, when i opened the bonnet to check what is up with the solenoid one of the pipes broke off. Very very bad qaulity and customer service when i contacted the owner he told me the pipe cant break and does not want to give me a refund.
