Rude behaviour, incorrect part, bad customer service
Please do not support this supplier!! I bought an item from the Bob Shop and he rudely replies to me. His specs on the item are incorrect on the website .I am well versed in electronics and mechanical yet the suppliers wants to argue and not issue a full refund. He does not understand what the CPA is. Strongly advise that people stay away.

Please do not support this supplier!! I bought an item from the Bob Shop and he rudely replies to me. His specs on the item are incorrect on the website .I am well versed in electronics and mechanical yet the suppliers wants to argue and not issue a full refund. This is my second time purchasing from Kris Alwin. Kris. Your business is a perfect example of top customer service. Ordered map sensor yesterday midday. And today midday it's fitted and works as it should. I am impressed. Keep it up.

Turbo solenoid sensor
Bought a turbo solenoid sensor from them paid for shipping all the way from Durban when the sensor got here it did not look like a new sensor it looked like it has been used before when I installed it i went for a drive bakkie almost overheated, the turbo did not kick in, when i opened the bonnet to check what is up with the solenoid one of the pipes broke off. Very very bad qaulity and customer service when i contacted the owner he told me the pipe cant break and does not want to give me a refund.

Bought a high pressure fuel sensor from Alwin Agencies via bobshop. As my sensor has an intermittent problem. I know this as I have a diagnostic machine and i can see the fuel pressure reading. Replacement part received I am not sure if the sensor was new or not( did look like a refurbished unit), but it did state on the adverti*****t that it is new. I put the sensor in and I get no pressure reading. Contacted Alwin Agencies and was told I need to give them printed out diagnostic report. My diagnostic tool does not have the ability to do screenshots or printouts. This processes that they require will now cost me more than what the price is that I paid for the part. I asked if I can return the item at my cost for replacement, but that is not their policy. Moral of the story. Be careful, positive ratings on bobshop does not mean much.
