Please do not support this supplier!! I bought an item from the Bob Shop and he rudely replies to me. His specs on the item are incorrect on the website .I am well versed in electronics and mechanical yet the suppliers wants to argue and not issue a full refund. He does not understand what the CPA is. Strongly advise that people stay away.
Their battery damaged my vehicle and they got me fired from my job, to date they have not compensated me. They having been interfering in my CCMA case. Now I can not support my family. I will approach social media if they continue this abuse. violation of CPA and POPI Act. Worst treatment ever. I have whatsapp messages as proof from their manager. The company has hired an expensive attorney at the CCMA to use Probe information which is *******. After 31years of democracy, their ,managers still mistreat customers.
Lost my job because of Probe, they contacted my employer and got me dismissed last year. I have opened a case for violations of POPI Act(Information Regulator). Their defective battery damaged my vehicle and I am unemployed because of them. I was almost assaulted by white manager from joburg who asked me to come outside so he can sort me out. I have nasty WhatsApp messages stating that they will get me fired and they will make sure I am on the streets. They now want to get involved in my CCMA case with my ex employer, all info will be sent to social media if they do not stop their abuse of me. Their white manager called me a co*lie when he called me. Their company vehicle stalks me all the time, white bakkie which I have the registration and details. THEY HAVE VIOLATED THE CPA AND POPI ACT.

<p>Bought a new Vodacom Tab2 and had a faulty USB port. Took tablet in and was given a new tablet. Had same issue with new tablet and taken in for assessment was SWORN at by VERNON the shop manager and by another female staff. He told me that i dont know what i am talking about and even when the technician looked at the device and cable, no fault was found. I told him i was recording him because he said he will F@@@ me up and i must get out of the shop and didnt care that i am customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the worst service i have ever received. I want my money back and rather support CELL C.</p>
