Rude Brendan

Today i phoned alzu in Midrand asking for lucern prices the guy by the name of Brendan answered the and he was so rude and I went to the shop and bought my cattle feed the. I asked him why does he behave like that he told me tht next time he's going to hang up on me,he wanted my name he doesn't even apologize or talk nice.

Brendan doesn't respect customers at all and he feels he's a boss to everyone i have been buying from that store for years i think i deserve respect as their customer.
