Today i phoned alzu in Midrand asking for lucern prices the guy by the name of Brendan answered the and he was so rude and I went to the shop and bought my cattle feed the. I asked him why does he behave like that he told me tht next time he's going to hang up on me,he wanted my name he doesn't even apologize or talk nice. Brendan doesn't respect customers at all and he feels he's a boss to everyone i have been buying from that store for years i think i deserve respect as their customer.
Since I wrote my concern we buy cars has never attended to it since they said they investigating till today no communication
I bought 2 cars from we buy cars in a week in January now the bakkie is overheating and I was told that when a car gives me a problem I should bring it back now they say they can't fix the car because I signed a dekra report but on dekra it mentioned oil leak nd damaged front sit I even paid the tow truck out of my pocket to the workshop to me this truck had that problem but now m worried how they treat me after I purchased 2 cars,I was the best customer when I was buying but now to them m nothing I emailed all the the concerns to Etnee and she responded and declined my concern
On the 21st of December i went to the trends lifestyle furniture shop in pretoria west in soutter street and bought a sleeper couch and a double bed. Now it's not even a month the sleeper couch is broken i phoned the shop and explained and they said i should bring the couch back. Today in the morning i took back the couch and i was attended to by a guy by the name of Hussim.and he said they can't fix the couch because its dirty,i asked him to fix the couch broken wood and springs and return the same cloth. On the 25th of august I went to drive thru at McDonald's cnr skinner street and potgieter when I got home only to find that my older was not exactly the way i ordered, I got 2 burgers instead of 3 then i phoned immediately then i was assisted by the lady by the name of phindile she was so calm understanding nd apologetic. She told me to come see her the following day then I didn't make it the following day I went on 3rd day asked for phindile she came and assisted me so nice and respectful and gave me another meal. Thank you very much phindile keep up the good work your customer service is very good Keep it up.
I joined Lipco many years ago and i have been paying for all this years only the past two months that i had financial problem couldn't pay and last i phoned to make arrangements what I am told is that my policy has lapsed and I should open the new one with a new policy and a waiting period of a month why can't i reinstate my policy with the old policy number and pay for the skipped month. What happened to the money I paid for all the years? This not fair why can't i reinstate this policy 76013827.
