I sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your request. After reviewing the situation, it appears that you reached out during an exceptionally busy period last year, and I regret that I did not address your inquiry in a timely manner, as you did email me directly.
At the time, I was personally traveling across the country, overseeing the commissioning of several large commercial installations, and unfortunately, I missed your request. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I take full responsibility for the oversight.
