Very disappointed

Hi everyone

I would highly recommend not to go Amadwala lodge. Staff are not helpful at all. We stood at the bar waiting 20min just for to order drinks. We wanted a quiet romantic dinner and stay and the lodge failed to tell us there were people filming. Everyone was loud and in our space. The tented camp was extremely hot inside, no fan could be provided, instead we got told there are heated blankets 🤦‍♀️after asking the lady at reception if we cancelled, booked out or rescheduled could we get any of our money back, she said no” and walked away. I was not on shocked by her rude attitude, she didn’t even bother to ask if everything was okay? Or can she do anything to help? We left and we will never return again. I hope management addresses this
