POOR SERVICE POOR COMMUNICATION

went on Saturday at Aman we had food n drinks mainly was drinks spent over 9K , my 2 phones iPhone 11& Samsung A53 got ****** & the manager Joseph chased me out of the restaurant like a dog & didn't want to hear the side of my story because when my phones were ****** i was having heated argument with the people who were sitting next 2me before i went to open the case at the police i went to the restaurant the following morning on Sunday & requested for the footage to see they told me to come by on Monday, on Monday i arrived at the store around 1 the very same manager told me to sit he will assist me waited there for 3hrs after that i confronted him that's when he came & told me that i hv sent the msg to bosses there are coming, the bosses came around past 4 to5 & told me that the cameras were to be fixed on Tuesday will receive feedback on Wednesday on the day i didn't get any means on communication then i went again on Thursday today they are telling me the guys who were fixing took the footage away , for 5days i hv been going up n forward no help just
