Not even worth 1 star... They manage the Topaz Complex, Cravenby, Cape Town. Just know when you come and live in this complex that Aman Property is the Body Corp + Management Agent of this property, here is no space for kids to play and their rule is no kids at all on the common property, meaning your kids will have to stay couped up in a small flat. No braai facilities, they changed the rules on braaing 3 times, from being able to use a charcoal braai in front of your door, to no braaing at all, to braaing in a corner on the property and only between 11am and 7pm (weekdays and weekends). Here is no cameras even after tenant's offered to buy the security system and pay for installation out of their own pockets, because of break-ins in flats and vehicles parked in the "secure complex" and do not think that because you live on the upper floors that you are safe from break-ins, nope, these ****s have broken in on the upper levels more times than on the ground floor. Only 1 security on site (day and night) with no means to protect themselves or the residents. Be prepared to be woken up at night to help the 1 security protect the complex and your assets (cars) Body Corp is none existent when it comes to sorting out serious matters and assisting their residents if there are any serious problems. But they will be on your case when it comes to braaing, noise and kids playing on the common property, further more, you are left to fend for yourself. Some of the neighbors will harras others and even have their children disrespecting other adults. Some neighbors will lay a complaint against anyone with the only basis being that they simply do not like you. I can go on and on... That's just about 1% for why they don't even deserve a 1star review.

Water outage again at Greencourt. Once again, the surrounding properties all have water except Greencourt. So this is definitely not a city issue, It's a bad management issue. No water from mid-day of the 10th, it's now the 11th of February and we still do not have water. We probably have to wait till the bank opens

I hope you are aware that the alarm(fire/otherwise) goes off at the Complex every day now. It's actually going off right now as I type this. Yesterday, Saturday the 7th of November 2020 it went off three times, One of which was midnight(23:38). Seemingly this does not appear to be an issue for the property managers of this building. Because this issue is consistent and nothing is ever done about it. It doesn't seem like this fire alarm is NOT/NEVER in reaction to an actual fire on the premises. Because to this day, there has never been a fire or an emergency/incident of the sort. Even when there'd be wild parties in different Blocks, where police were called to the premises, the alarm would not go off then(despite rooms full of smoke). To any mind, the deduction from all of this should be that we have a malfunctioning fire alarm system. That is a painful and an inconvenient nuisance to the resident and does nothing to serve them or the body corporate. I have no idea what the health implications for the extremely piercing siren is to our ears. But we can't live like this, this is bothering foolishness now. I don't know what the plan from the property managers is. But it seems that they are happy to let the residents of this Complex suffer through this while they do nothing! ... Sadly this affects everyone's bottom line in the long run. No one will want to live here because of it. So either decide to fix this, or tell the residence of this building that this is Aman's status quo. Because at this rate, Greencourt is starting to feel like an ill considered investment. Please fix this. Alarm is still going off. We suffer through 30mins of this siren every day now.

No water at GreenCourt Apartments For an Entire Saturday(21 March 2020). No one is picking up a phone, and it's almost 7pm now, so clearly we are not getting water this weekend. This during the Corona outbreak. So we can't go to public areas, or shower at a gym. People just came and shut down the water. Which hints to some sort of mismanagement. Been in Cape Town since 2014. This is a first!
