I love that they hive free gifts and patiently awaiting for when I will get a gift again. These guys are **** artist sending people on the road to do their dirty work. To my surprise I had a 285 taken from my bank account this morning without my permission. You guys are busy with ******* activities and I am not leaving it like this shame on you. I will be contacting my legal team. Your people on the streets doing the marketing is deceatful.
When trying to log into my account it constantly says invalid password or logins and I have been trying to chat to an agent via the online platform but for weeks I just don’t get an agent. You guys are supposed to be the best gambling platform but your service is pathetic and your platform is actually not very user friendly hey. No wonder people prefer Hollywoodbets

Guys, I just want you all to be vigilant when being a first time home buyer when it comes to flips. There is something ***** happening at Absa home loans department and I do not want to mention the situation in detail because I am going to take to social media and to the papers whichever platform I can to expose whatever is happening.
I love this bank and have been using it as a second account since 2019 I have no complaints about the bank, however the customer service has been poor via email to action request. I have been trying for a few months to get my last name updated and have sent my identity document and divorce papers thought on numerous occasions. First they could not open the docs I resent then there was no response I spoke to them on the phone and sent it again twice but still no action has been taken. I had to follow up again this morning as I haven't head any feedback. Come on tymebank team please man it can't be that difficult to change a last name.
I must say I have been with Webafrica for 2 hassle free years, and never had to request any call outs but when I had a fault with my connection they exceeded my expectations. I was concerned about the lost connection as my partner had to write exam online yesterday. The WhatsApp chat was easy a call out was booked and the guys came out on time and sorted my issue accordingly. The contact centre called me to arrange for the call out and called after to check if everything was all good. I really appreciated the follow ups and your swift action Webafrica and all the staff that assisted. Thank you and keep it up.
