Over the past few months, we have undertaken a comprehensive review of our Back-to-School seasons from the past two years, alongside an in-depth analysis of all customer feedback received. This forms a key part of our broader strategy to significantly enhance our service delivery, address previous shortcomings, and ensure an even more efficient, reliable, and customer-centric experience moving forward. As part of these continuous improvements, we are pleased to introduce;
1. A dedicated WhatsApp Business line for customer support and general enquiries. 2. WhatsApp Business line will offer extended hours during the Back-to-School season (October – February) 3. Launching a dedicated support email focused on resolving customer queries, providing order updates and general support. support@amandajohnson.co.za 4. An upgraded direct cellphone line will be available to call from 9:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. 5. Hiring a dedicated customer service team member to handle queries during peak periods. 6. Launching an improved order tracking system.
