Worst Service , No customer service at all

Worst service ever. No communication at all, phone lines not answered, emails not being responded to, My son has started school without receiving books, im not sure what's the delay, placed an order on the 11 January 2025 to date nothing has been communicated. On the 17 January 2025 i was told im number 11 , its Monday the 20th books not delivered, no communication. Phones not functional emails not been responded to.

i will communicate to the school to stop using them as a supplier.
