Refund request on accomodation

I booked accomodation at Amanzimlotzi Riverside Bush Camp from 28/12/2018 - 02/01/2019 and clarified that I'm with 2 children between 2 and 9 years. I paid in advance through EFT a sum of R 3000.00. when i got to the camp, its total different from what is adertised and is not children friendly. i therefore cancelled the booking imidiately. Now im told i will only get R960.00 just to compensate me.
