I purchased a 2019 Citroën c3, to me it was advertised as 2020 model. I purched the car in September 2020. I went for my first service on the 07 December 2021. I was advised that I can not service my car because I have skipped the first service in December 2020. The service plan is 5 years, that means I have forfeited 12months/15000km of service. Please correct this error and allow me to service my car for first service and 15000km.
I was wrongful advised to reduce my debts by R4000. I was never told of any legal fees and being discredited until my debts are paid off. I then immediately canceled the subscription after learning about legal fees and credit issues. I have successfully canceled my subscription with Credit matters, but my name is listed under debt review. My bank wants to assist, but I need "form 19" or "subscription call records with credit matters "
I am Mxoli Sakwe AA warranty policy number 223075. I have submitted a claim for a mechanical breakdown and I was asked to submit all necessary documents and I submitted. Then I was asked to strip the car engine for assessment which was done. After assessment they declined my claim leaving the car engine stripped. The response letters submitted to me by AA warranty are contradictory. I want to be treated with fairness and professionalism.
They declined my claim without a report from my workshop.

I have been insured with Miway for 2 cars. I got involved in an accident on the 23 March 2018. I reported a claim on the 27 March 2018. I received a feedback for a "write off", but I refused and I was allowed by to shop around for a new quote. I got a quote the is within the 65% of the retail value of the car. I submitted a new quote as discussed. Miway says they do not consider my new quote, they want to write off the car anyway. Please help.
