My experience with Amari Property Management has been overwhelmingly negative due to the way residents are treated by the chairperson, trustees, and managing agents. From the day we moved in, there was no welcome, no introduction, and no communication from anyone in management. We received written approval for our request, yet no one reached out to explain anything. Then, only a few days later, we suddenly received a “cease with immediate effect” email, without a single conversation or attempt at clarity. This is not about what was done, but how it was done. The lack of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable. Amari appears to act solely on the chairperson’s instructions, without offering balanced guidance or fair consideration. Fairness is not app**** equally, certain residents receive leniency while others are targeted, even though transgressions across the estate are clearly visible and often ignored. We have also faced issues with poor construction quality. The bricks in our unit are soft, cracked, and poorly made. The appearance of our home is only due to our own investment and repairs. Many neighbours have shared similar stories. There is a consistent pattern of poor communication, selective enforcement, and dismissive behaviour from those responsible for managing the estate. Amari Property Management has the potential to offer a positive living experience, but the current management style creates stress, frustration, and a clear sense of unfairness for residents.
