Mauritius Package

Good day I booked a package deal through Amazing Holidays to Mauritius, but due to the uncer*****y, I cancelled the trip on time. I quote their comment: Please note that we have applied for the cancellation. Currently as there is no travel ban for September the same cancellation policy still applies. Which is a refund of approximately R10500.00. I want my R10500 to be paid back to me as promised. Now, if I phone them, there is no answer or once I get hold of them, they say that they will come back to me but never do. An agreement is an agreement and I will never do a booking through Amazing Holidays ever again. They are nice to you until they have your money, then they don't do what they say. For future dealers: Make sure you capture all correspondence on e-mail and get a reference nr. and also a policy of company. Regards Rentia Smith (082 462 2450)
