Pathetic. No water, no electricity, no roads, no cooldrinks in shop, not enough cutlery in Chalet nr 6. no can opener, no lid for back bin outside. no "haan" on braai, rained in at chimney. Kettle was broken, fridge did not work. They busy renovating Nr 5 and were hammering against our wall. Noise from people in Charlet nr 7 or 8.
We had an accident on the 25th of February. Although we waited till today, 25th of March for parts from Partfinder, I mentioned our dilemma to Q and A. I phoned numerous times to find out about the car. This morning I hold on to a call for 15 minutes. (Susan) Nobody phoned me back or followed up with the Insurance. They advertise on the local radio of their good service, but really??
Worst service I have ever experience. Accident was on 25th of February and till now nothing
I am very disappointing in the way that Zebsans did business with me. Apart from waiting weeks for a quotation, they damaged my property and never came and fix or contact me on this matter.
Good day I was at Manyane this long weekend and was very disappointed of how everything go from bad to worse. 1. There was no toiletpaper in the ablutions. An overflowing drain. No ice at kiosk. 2. No animals in the park. There were more animals around the campsite than in the park. What did you do with all the animals? We saw everything but it was an elephant here, a buck there, a giraffe there. We visited Pilansberg for over 10 years and can see how the animals get fewer and fewer. 3. Then there is that tavern's music outside the camp that keep you awake the whole night. 4. There was a hole in the road that could have been fixed before the weekend. I was really very disappointed. And as we spoke to other people in the camp, it was there perception also. Hope you improve more in the future. Regards Rentia
We always used to go to Manyane, but the last past years you can see by the day, how everything is getting worse. Not to mention the hospitality and service of staff. How can you strike for a month!!!!! Chase them all away. I am sure there is a lot that really want to work.
Good day I filed a complaint with hello peter last week and their reply was that they resolved the problem via e-mail, which they never did. I phoned John Wilkenson on Fryday again to phone me back, but never got a call from him. We bought a Mazda CX3 Reg. FS73 RR GP last year. The license disc shows it expires 2023/01/01 but when we want to renew the license, they say that it expires only 2023/06/30 and its not roadworthy???? What is going on ????? Please ask the Managing Director (Faan) to call me, so that i can understand what is going on.
I bought a car from them last year. The license disc was up to date, but a year later i want to renew the license, they say that the car is not roadworthy. I tried to phone them or speak to somebody who can assist me, but could not come right. Please ask a branch manager to phone me.
I must upgrade my tracking devise. I phoned 200 times, left messages to phone back, try again but with no luck. Netstar customer service is the worst service I ever experienced.
