Good day. At first i thought it was a bargain. Until i realise it is not. Iam so disappointed in the service i received. No one told me about the cancelation fee now i must pay a r400 to cancel the product. When i called them the other lady gave me an attitude. I told her the sim is not activated but they deduct money from my account today again they deduct r150 but i receive no airtime because i have no simcard. The first time it was R250 meaning i pay r400 for nothing. How can they rob people like this I'm so disappointed.
