I have been with Amazing vouches for more than 5 years, never once used a coupon, I decided to call in and cancel my subscription in October 2025, they told me from the next month onward it will be cancelled and no more debit orders. well to my surprise they deducted R199 in November, I thought it might just be the last debit order as I cancelled it the month before, then came december, they deducted again, I tried calling but they were on holiday so no help from them. I tried again in january and they apologized and cancelled my subscription again, only to find they deducted again in February. I called them and waiting for someone to call me back. I phoned FNB to block them on my behalf as I tried blocking them from the app bu they just created a new debit order and take my money again. The consultant from FNB told me that amazing vouchers has blocked them, them as in FNB, and they are unable to block them from taking more money from me they can only reverse the transaction.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received and feel compelled to formally lodge a complaint. At the inception of this contract, I was explicitly informed that I would receive airtime and be able to utilise it freely. This has not been the case. I further requested—clearly and repeatedly—that deductions be made on the 27th of every month. Despite this, deductions began occurring on the 25th without my consent. I also asked a very direct question at the start of the agreement: whether I could cancel at any time. I was told yes. However, when I attempted to cancel, I struggled to get hold of anyone. When I was eventually contacted today, I was suddenly informed of a cancellation fee, which had never been transparently explained upfront. When I asked the consultant to confirm the exact cancellation amount, he went silent on the call, placed me on hold, and later advised that the fee would be R100, allegedly due to airtime usage and non-collection of the SIM card. I was then told I must wait until March, as the February debit order is “already set to go through”. This is unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I asked the consultant for his name — which is my right as a client — he questioned why I needed it. Only after pushing did he provide the name Jackson, claiming to be a Key Account Manager, yet he was unable to confidently explain fees, provide clarity, or offer professional assistance. He also refused to provide his surname. This entire experience reflects extremely poor ethics, misleading sales practices, and a complete lack of professionalism and phone etiquette. It feels less like customer service and more like a money-making scheme built on misinformation. JACKSON DOES NOT KNOW HIS WORK AND THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO E REPORTED TO THE OMBUDSMAN

Good day I just like to say it is my second time that I send this review and no one from amazing vouchers get in contact with me as yet. I am so disappointed in them because they deduct money from my bank account and I didn't get any benefits from. I didn't even activate a simcard from them. When I previously call them to cancel the product they told me that I must first pay an amount of R400 for cancelation fee that was not discussed in our conversation when they offer the deal to me. They are nice when they call for the deal but when we want to cancel it they are full of nonsense I hope everyone reading this won't accept their offer.

Good day. At first i thought it was a bargain. Until i realise it is not. Iam so disappointed in the service i received. No one told me about the cancelation fee now i must pay a r400 to cancel the product. When i called them the other lady gave me an attitude. I told her the sim is not activated but they deduct money from my account today again they deduct r150 but i receive no airtime because i have no simcard. The first time it was R250 meaning i pay r400 for nothing. How can they rob people like this I'm so disappointed.

So someone callled me from Amazing Voucher and explain everthing, but she did not explained about the cancelation. I called them back to ask for cancelation, the other rude lady told me about aome fee. I told her nobody explained about any cancelation fee. So i ask her, since they are recording all call, can she sent me the clip about the cancelation fee. So she put the phone down. I tried to email them no answer. She also said i must get a attorney because i can't cancel.

I am very disappointed in Amazing Vouchers, day 4 and still no feedback from them, I have also sent 2 emails, I am still waiting for the company to contact me regarding cancellation, the vouchers they advertise are not in the area where I currently live, so it means nothing to me, their customer service is also pathetic, you are helped with arrogance and hardly get a chance to speak because you are quickly silenced, I really hope someone contacts me today.
