Urgent Cancellation
I am very disappointed in Amazing Vouchers, day 4 and still no feedback from them, I have also sent 2 emails, I am still waiting for the company to contact me regarding cancellation, the vouchers they advertise are not in the area where I currently live, so it means nothing to me, their customer service is also pathetic, you are helped with arrogance and hardly get a chance to speak because you are quickly silenced, I really hope someone contacts me today.

My 3rd time I log the return phone was collect,recieved email today that state: The OEM will not accept the same from us, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept as well. We are terribly sorry that we are unable to accommodate your request.After they recieved the link for the unboxing of this specific phone.In the video is the evidence that there is only one charger,how many times I have to explain I dont know,I just want my refund back please,I just sent them an email with an unboxing video attach,want to see what the outcome may be.

Return of Faulty Hisense U 40
Can you please help,Ive bought a Hisense U40 in July online on Takealot,middle August the phone dont want to charge anymore,I log a return online and the package was fetch by takealot,2days after collecting of package I recieved an email that state there is missing accessories. I reply that I dont have any accessories which belong to the handset,my return was decline and package was sent back to me.Than again I log a return and also explain multiple times via email that I recieved the handset with just one travel adapter,the handset was then again collected,yesterday I search for the unboxing of a Hisense U40 and confirmed that the specific handset comes just with one hanset,I copy the video and sent it via email to Takealot. Today I recieved an email that my return was again decline due to their policy of missing accessaries,but I explain how many time that there was only one charger in the box,what can I do further now as it shows to me that they ignore my emails where I explain my side.
