Shocking Amazon UK service

I ordered a cellphone for about £910 from Amazon.co.uk - supp**** by Box (https://www.amazon.co.uk/sp?seller=AXGEUC00TYC0X) to be delivered by DPD to Bishop's Stortford. Amazon, Box & DPD insist the phone was delivered but the house owner wasn't even there on the day they claim to have delivered it. The "proof of delivery" photograph proves nothing as it is simply a picture of the plastic packaging!

Amazon refuse to refund the price and say this is highly likely a case of ***** on my part!
